Rep Power: 0 | Which are the best; which ones also dry -any opinions? How do you all set up each station to avoid continual clean ups and to look professional; without all the towels on the floor, etc? Have you all installed built in exhaust systems in the ceilings or walls? What about those salons that have just the AB pipes coming out of the walls, with the compressors hidden behind/ very slick, no? Thanks in advance! |

Rep Power: 0 | Norvell has a great overspray booth! It costs about $1500, but it does the job of keeping all the overspray out of the air. You can contact Salon Support at 800-670-7546 for more information. We bought ours there and it was delivered in January. We love it. It has 3 high volume fans which are turned backwards so that they will suck in the overspray. There are washable filters you place on them - the back, which now is the front since the fans are turned backwards as well as fiber type sock things on the actual back of the fan to catch what the first filters don't. It also comes with an oversized mat to protect the floor. If you go with this, I would suggest you put the smooth side of the mat up. We had a debate about that at the salon when it was delivered and I lost, so the rough side is up. It is harder to clean than the one I saw at another salon where they put the smooth side up. Good luck! |

Rep Power: 0 | Depends on your salon and set up. I made a booth of PVC piping and hung fabric shower curtains around it. I can take them down and wash them regularly. I place fleece blankets that can be purchased for about $6-10. I have a box fan with a Hepa furnace filter attached to the backside. Not as professional as the commercial overspray booth but does the trick. |

Rep Power: 22 | I saw a really awesome booth in some magazine, but I do not recall which one. It was red and oval shaped. It looked like it may be one piece, but it probably had seams that I couldn't see. It looked very high tech. If someone knows who makes this unit please post. It is by far the best looking overspray booth that I have seen. |
