Rep Power: 0 | Hi I really need some helpful advice. As mentioned before, I'm from New Zealand and we only have one booth, (actually 2 but in same salon!)in the whole country....well that I know of. Have been researching for nearly 2 months, financial institutions slamming doors because what is a Sunless Tanning Booth??? It was this site that I stumbled across in the first place that brought my attention, & I'm determined to get up & running. So anything helpful before I end up mortgaging ourselves for NZD$79900 plus GST (goods & services tax of 12.5% on top)on a Magic Tan. Cheers |

Rep Power: 22 | Yearroundtan~ What kind of advice are you looking for? I just bought a Magic Tan a couple of weeks ago, Not even close to this price though...Whooo.. Have you run the numbers as to how long it will take you to make this investment back? Sounds very steep. By the time you factor in how much the solution costs, overhead, insurance, utilities etc... What kind of projections are you doing? |

Rep Power: 0 | I just came back from the accountant this morning & he felt the numbers stacked up very favourably. What I really need to know is value for money. Especially as it will cost a fortune to bring it into the country. The Magic Tan we will sell a session for NZD$50 but if I were able to get a same or better quality booth for less, then the price would be more favourable for return business. |

Rep Power: 22 | I just did almost 8 months of research on this very subject...I got a Magic Tan. Other booth makers will promise you the same thing for slightly less money but they have really poor results and non-existant delivery. You know the old saying if it sounds to good to be true... So I've been right where you are and that's what I decided on. I must admit though the price, even with conversion rates, is WAY steep when compared to what I got mine for... Why can't you just buy one here and ship it over? You'd save about 55K. That alone would be worth looking into no??? I mean get a used one. They are selling these for less than 25k here, I talked to a lady last week who has one for sale. I can PM you her info if you like, let me know. |

Rep Power: 0 | Its blimmin frustrating because so far Magic Tan would appear to be the most favourable, (as orginally thought), reason being that none of the others are bothering to reply & if I get one, its of no use!! Magic Tan NZ has got Exclusive rights here, so there is no way I could bring another one into the country. |

Rep Power: 0 | HT2 Yes I did thanks. They confirmed that Ergoline has since pulled out from the last time I spoke to them & that they currently dont have a distributor. They could sell me one but basically I would be on my own. Bit too risky for me at this stage. |
