Rep Power: 24 | Well, I wish I wasn't posting this but it is 7pm and no phone call like I was promised on confirmation that my unit is shipped. I was told today it was crated and awaiting the freight company to be picked up. It is to be shipped from Fl which is on the same time zone as me so no freight company is coming now. So, my and John's agreement(he will confirm this as well) was if I did not have confirmation by today my money would be returned to me. This is the question that I ask you readers, who is responsible to return my money???? My check for $19,900 was made out to my distributor but I know who received monies at the end of the chain....who would the bank hold accountable. My bank is actually holding a serialized spray booth as collateral and has been for 6 months now.. The process will begin Monday morning - unfortunately and with much regret.... Rep Power: 21 | Goerge!!! Goerge!!!!! Goerge!!!! If you are going to try and get you money back take the matter to Goerge. I was told from the start that he is the man responsible for this booth. If he says he is not then ask him who is??? He will not tell anyone who the manufacture is, it is some huge secret. I guess maybe he likes dealing with this type of stuff. Please do not read to far into what I am saying, I do not have a bad word to say about Goerge. He has been plenty nice to me and has not done me any wrong. I am just trying to say that he is the big guy and it should lay on his shoulders until he re-directs it. Have you spoke with John and told him your new plan he is also faith filled and a nice guy? I know one thing for sure John wants you taken care of fast as you do. _________________ [ This Message was edited by: playitagainenterprises on 2004-03-05 21:47 ] |

Rep Power: 0 | Tommy, The law will begin with the person you wrote the check to. I believe they call it theft by conversion...to take someones money and not deliver the goods is a crime in all 50 states. Not to mention Fraud and many other charges. The real question is who is going to repay you for the interest lost on the carry of the loan,,, I am sure the Bank is not just eating the interest.....did I mention loss of revenue.......... Good thing you are a good guy and not a lawyer....this could get real sticky. HT2 |

Rep Power: 21 | HT2 ~ your words leave me speechless ! Are you a lawyer? You sound pretty certain of what you are saying and you are saying it well. This is getting pretty real and is starting to stink for EVERYONE really bad. _________________ [ This Message was edited by: playitagainenterprises on 2004-03-05 22:12 ] |

Rep Power: 24 | I know how bad all this makes everyone look that's why I have been so patient. I am told now the very same thing I was told 3 weeks ago. I was told the booth was at the freight depot waiting to be picked up. NOT given any way verify if it's the truth. I think I have been plenty of patient but still bothered that i have to begin somewhere. Does anyone have a better solution for this to work out |

Rep Power: 0 | Playit, Nope...not a lawyer. Just been in business for 25 years...have purchased 33 companies.....and I have seen it all. I know that the only Grace these guys have is that Sonshinetans is a Christian and does give people the benefit of the doubt. The bible says that Christians should not sue each other......(Matthew).....It also says to obey the laws of the land. Sounds like Sonshine is living up to his end........and the other guys????????????????? Sonshine........GOD made everything in 6 days.....surely these guys can make one simple booth in 6 months. Sounds like they give you no choice. I believe that being a Christian does mean you have to live up to the standards set by Jesus.......but he was no door matt..(ie...money changers in the temple) and he obeyed the law (Peter and the Fish with the coin that paid the taxes). Jesus said "give to Ceasar what is Ceasar's". Time for those guys to give you what is yours. Your booth or your money.....and as in the Parable said by Jesus on the King and the 3 workers that he gave talents (money) to, at least the (Talents) money could be put to usery (interest)and not buried in the ground (Florida).
