Rep Power: 0 | Squeegie.....dang, now why didn't I think of that!! Thanks Magical Touch. I spend the most time on the wall's wipe down, so that should save a great deal of time and probably provide better results. |

Rep Power: 0 | I just installed my new MAGIC TAN SUNLESS BOOTH TODAY. Ihave tanned over 20 people in the in 2.5 hours. It took 2 days to install because of a few issues but every single person coming into the store is taken to the machine and given an explanation of how it works and why they should use it today. We are doing $35 per session (buy one get one free coupons) and buy 3 get one free for $105 or 10 for $199. we are doing $15 upgrades for 12 month members only. They are spending about $600-700 to tan yearly so I figured it would be great to get a lot of $15 dollar upgrades on the people who tan with us all the time. So far everyone loves it and so do I. It just gives us another revenue stream and now that season is coming up it should go gangbusters... I hated to say no to all of the callers looking for sunless, also, I realy think it will bring in more dollars from the cheap tanners. They come in with a week coupon for $10 and I have already moved 3 of these normal cheap tanners to the sunless for $35. They get more color and we get more money.... How does everyone selse price there sunless???? |

Rep Power: 21 | We've had our Magic Tan booth for over a year, and will install another at our new location very soon. I love it, our customers love it, and its HANDS DOWN the best spray booth available today. |

Rep Power: 20 | We are just opening our salon, and have the MAGIC TAN. On the test runs of about 15 people including myself, results were fantastic!! I'm 6'3" and have a large frame, and it looked great on me. I did have a little problem getting the barrier creme on. I forgot to do my palms. I would suggest the "dry" spots,ie: elbows, heels, and knees. The solution tends to soak up really good there leaving a hint of orange. That is to be expected though. Response has been awesome in the others..Definately show them how to use the creme.. We have our compressor in a separate room, with the washer and dryer..Keeps the noise level to a minimum. As for pricing, we settled on $25 for Level 1, $29 for Level 2, and $33 for the Level 3 spray. OF course, you would want to get them a package...All in all,,,it is "OUR BABY"....We use a squeegee as well...Keep your machine looking clean enough to eat out of.. That is what I advise... |

Rep Power: 0 | Our compressor for the magic tan is a few feet away in a room with ac units and electrical boxes and you can barely hear it. If someone asked about the noise of the actual spray or compressor, it is just a way to start a sales pitch on how great the booth is. I WOULD NEVER BUY A MYSTIC because of Palm beach tan, I would not buy ITS because of my visit to their headquarters (dont even ask) , sunsprits and others to wet and Magic tan just fit the bill as far as LOOKS, APPLICATION, longevity in the sunless business, price and the proximity to my location in case of tech problems. I was not willing to pay over 20k because of all the negative things I have heard about sunless but now I have been won over by the natural look of the tan and the added revenue from people who already have the BEST AND MOST EXPENSIVE OF EVERYTHING in the store already. HOW MANY TANS HAVE YOU DONE SO FAR SINCE GETTING YOUR SUNLESS BOOTH? |

Clean up couldn't be easier. The booth also has a connection to run a sanitizer through the wash down cycle. My booth has a programmale MP3 player as well. It guides clients through how to use the booth and I can also program it to let them know of any specials I am having. I think the four stances also help to provide a more even natural looking tan than the two that Mystic recommends. Its proven to be a great investment for me thus far! Isn't that nice...I heard about this booth before I purchased mine. I was told by "corporate" (Magic Tan) No such booth was being produced. Bought the version they were selling and what do you know, a month after it's installed this booth comes out... Corporate of course denies they knew this booth was going to come out when I asked (how is that possible????)Was it developed in 2 weeks and am I psycic... Moral of this story, watch out for ethics of this company, they are FAR from being ethical. |

Rep Power: 57 | I have found the people at Magic Tan to be VERY ethical. I've had several occassion to talk with Scott, Nick and Tim. Best machine I ever bought and I bought mine about two years ago. Runs like the energizer bunny. Does a fabulious job and best of all, you can make money with this machine. I wont comment over issues of "She said, they said". I wasn't there so, I will never really know what was really said and how it was said. All I can say for sure is, "I Like The Magic Tan Machine and I like the people that work there." |
