Mystic 5000 Booth Spray Issues

Hi All

Looking for ideas to fix my MT5000 booth. 2 of the 3 nozzles were only spraying air so I replaced the white check valves which the solution pipe attach to and then they started spraying fine again after a couple of goes. 7 days later the same issue is occurring so I wonder if in fact the problem is something else? Can 2 check valves fail so quickly? Is there something else I can consider looking at?

I'd really appreciate help here as I am very remote (in New Zealand) and nobody here to come and fix it!

It could be that the distribution block is plugged up or has debris in it that in turn gets into the check valves. I prefer to take the block out, clean it all out to be sure there is no debris and then replace all of the white check valves with grey check valves.

Thanks Rich that sounds like a great plan! Do you find the grey check valves work better (I assume these are the grey ones like the ones found in the line from the solution to the mystic meter?)

They are way more reliable. When you change them out you need to buy some brass nipples to screw them into place. They are 1/8" brass close nipples. Use teflon tape on the threads and make sure not to get any tape in the lines. Best way to clean out the manifold is to take all of the lines loose and remove the manifold. Take all of the check valves out and run hot water through it.
