Versaspa help

Yesterday I cleaned the spray nozzles on the Versaspa and now the bronzer seems to be beading up on the customers. Any help would be appreciated. I have cleaned the many times before and have never had this problem.

Re: Versaspa help

could be pump or clog head, pin hole in line. look at hose when pumping, from motor end in back when opening drawer.

When is the last time you calibrated? check that as well.

Re: Versaspa help

I weighed the solution yesterday and it was using 90 grams for dark. It almost seems like water is mixed in the bronzer. I'll look for a pin hole in the line. It's really weird because it worked fine and all I did is clean the nozzles and put them back in.

Are the vanes around your nozzles up and down or did you put them back on side to side?

Ken,
They were side to side instead of up and down. I'm going to give that a try when I get back to the salon.

Thanks

Re: Versaspa help

The air holes being at 3 and 9 instead of 12 and 6 will not make the solution bead up, it will give you a horrible spray pattern more like a stripe up and down instead of even.

Re: Versaspa help

The nozzles being in the wrong position was the problem. Sometimes you just miss the small things. Thanks for all the input.
