VersaSpa & Helios, having coding issues

Trying to set up codes for selling VersaSpa sessions and VersaSpa visit codes, trying to get it so that it will show me if they have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc spray sessions on their account but then when i do the visit code and have to set time of 40 to the Vesraspa its not letting me,,,,help.......please. ive worked with helios for over 14 years and im familiar with setting up codes for everything tanning and lotion our tans are sold and used by minutes so this is why im getting so confused, never had to set up codes this way before :/

It is up and running Tod came and everything is in working order.....now just trying to figure out codes...fun....been using/working with Helios for over 14 years and for some odd reason these have me stumped....and of course I sat on the phone the past 2 hours calling and getting hung up on every 10 mins due to high call volume and now they are closed...what happened to the answering calls in the order they called in and the leaving a message and someone will get back to you thing?!?!........glad we pay $80 a month for support we can never get.

what did you think of the arcane way to control the versa spa?

pretty sad hey? Lack of info after you set the booth is even worse!

okay, yeah i get that part for sure about the different codes for time that you send to the machine thats not my issue, i need to know how to set the codes in helios so that it shows how many sessions in the bottom left where the different beds are listed example if they have 1 session it will say 1 next to the VersaSpa slot, i made this code already for each level w/each option im just missing something because when i use the "visit" code to actually start the machine it will as for time and when i put in the various times it will say customer does not have enoough, because it only says 1...im ovbiously not clicking something that i should be in the codes, but like i said ive always had ALL of my tanning packages set up to how many minutes the person buys and tans for, never had to set it up for just how many sessions a person is using
