Pura to Tmax connection help!
 

Our salon recently purchased a Pura sunless booth, and we have been going crazy trying to get it to associate properly with SalonTouch.

So far, the Pura is set up to the TMax and shows as active in the salon manager. When we set the Pura from SalonTouch, it has no effect. We still have to manually go back and select the correct spray setting on the Pura to get it to work. One technician says this is a Pura software error, another tech says it's the TMax. Not sure where to go from here.

Any help appreciated! :)

Also has anyone else had major troubles when switching out the Pura solution?

i dont know about the pura.. but with the versapro there are two settings. you can either do it manually... or you can use it with tmaxx. if it is set to run manually, you have to go to the physical booth to put the code in. Maybe your setting in the booth is set for manual, thus why it is not accepting the code from tmaxx? I would call tech support.. its probably an easy fix =/

I'm running 10 beds in 4 locations at the moment and want to find a solution where I can monitor what's happening at each location, other than using TMax. Is there an 'off-the-shelf' system available that allows me to link into each location from my ipad? I've had a couple of machine control companies tender for the job who's prices seem extremely high. I find the TMax limited in what I want to achieve. Anyone in same situation that have found a solution?

I'm just about to invest in 2 automatic spray tanning booths for each site and will also be wanting these linked into the same monitoring system. I've been searching google and have a concern regarding support etc on the Auto Booths if i'm to purchase from USA. I'm keen to know more about Pura, Versa Spa, Mystic, Norvell and Ergoline booths - Has anyone had any experience with these, which is best for first time users etc?? Any advice, help would be appreciated.

Sunlync salon software has the ability to link stores. As far as mac use, some are using sunlync on mac, but I can understand it takes a little work.
The salon software works as a remote for tmax, and it has a lot of great features for keeping a track of your clients, and makes you able to give a more personal experience, in my opinion.Toll Free: 866-786-5962

Does anyone have experience with logmein.com - this has been recommended to me so I can remotely monitor whats happening in each of my salons. I've set up an account, but not done anything with it yet. Will have a go on Wednesday. Have a tan tomorrow to test an auto booth and decided to take the day off.

Logmein lets you take control of the computer as if you are there. Anything you can do at the keyboard can be done on Logmein.

Sounds good, am giving it a go
