I'm going to tell you top 5 that i have continued to hear about on these boards

1. Jamaica me tan
2. Norvell
3. Sjolie (or however you spell that)
4. Tan Extraordinaire
5. Bronze

As as personal experience, ive tried Envy Tan and Be Bronze. Both are great, but Be Bronze (at www.bebronze.com) offers a one size fits all like solution. One color that adapts to everyone. Where Envy tan is just the opposite. They offer a wide variety of shides... lot cooler.

I'm looking forward to trying jamaica me tan next because ive heard so much about this brand its unreal. Norvell of course, is just... norvell. famous for the name i suppose. havent heard near as many good things about norvell as i have jamaica me tan.

Never tried Bronzz, the one that advertises on this site 24/7. And the sample solutions that come with most maximists, like tan extraordinaire, tan envy, tan revive, and tanfastic are all orangish to me. Tried those and sprayed people with those and i only used them as a practice solution...

Just try some samples. The reason You might hear about a solution tons of times is only due to repetition and trying to make sales . just because you hear of it all over this forum does not make it superior. So really unfortunately there is no short cut. 100 people like something and 100 people won't
Just look for a company that provides good service and has been around a while . Until then I am sure you will waste $ on samples like the rest of us

I too am interested in what ppl have to say about diff solutions. I just bought a turbo tan spray tan mobile unit. Knowing absolutley nothing about the biz, I went to work. I have had more neg reactions than positive on the Ocean Essentials solution that came with my machine. I have sence learned the majority of my clients were not properly preparing for their spray tan. You can't really hit them over the head with moisturizer! I have ordered samples of other solutions so we'll see. BUT, you can spend a small fortune on samples when you don't know where to start!

My opinion Jamaica Me Tan is AMAZING! never,ever had a complaint!
Great color,lasts long & it fades really well!! I have been spray tanning since 2006 and have spent a lot of money trying many,many solutions...Give JMT a try

Norvell for me. I like the Organic line as it does look natural, never orange and gives a very glowy look.

I totally agree. That's why there are so many different perfumes...we all have our own favorite. Customer service is VERY important.

I use to use Evny Tan, always had good results. I just tried Norvel last night and really happy with those results as well. Intersted in trying JMT

I am not by any means a HUGE salon or anything-I just do this on the side-And I have done trial and error with about 10 different solutions. I had a different solution on every limb of my body! I wasn't about to charge ANYONE if I didn't like the way it turned out-Also cost was an issue-I'm not pouring my life savings into this so I wanted to keep cost down-I like having a variety of shades and spraytan.com has the Bronzz product-I ordered it on a whim b/c it was on the cheaper per gallon side-I am very pleased with it-THERE IS ACTUALLY A NO ORANGE GUARANTEE on the bottle-and not one of my clients has ever complained. And I have a lot of repeat customers!

I'm not sure why people were getting on your case about going back through all these threads and posts and reading ALL the other comments-they obviously took time to read your post-so I just figured I would take time and tell you the solution I use-

Here is a list of solutions I tried before choosing Bronzz.

Envytan-it was great-low odor-not too bad on price but Bronzz has the same effect and is cheaper
Awaken-? I don't know how I came across this product-it may have came with something else I purchased
Ocean-not a fan-just looked cheap lol! i am cheap but i don't look cheap :) and I don't want everyone else knowing im cheap either!

Anyways-that is my opinion I'm sure everyone else has theirs! Good luck in your search!

AYU sunless is a stand out for me! i changed to it after AVIVA jacked their prices up. and i have stuck with it for a year or so. I also love South Seas lately. It is a one size fits all line, so just the one color that i read is about a 9%. i really like it cause the bronzer is lighter than most, so it doesn't look too dark the first day.

i also use jamaica me tan sometimes, and norvell as well. i stock all of the above but use AYU and South Seas the most. Norvell has such a dark bronzer, i am afraid to use it on newbies cause it may freak them out!
