Re: evolv

The Norvell VIP2 the motor heats up the solution as it comes out. $700 bucks works amazing and the most perfect color.

According to a Norvell rep at the American Beauty Show today, they didnt even bring the VIP 2 for display because they are having problems with the guns. It was supposed to be their big launch.

Re: evolv

We tried both units IS and the Evolv. I agree with a lot of posts here the Evolv solution is a very natural looking tan you really cant tell its a spray tan. Of course the heat is great. I do feel like the IS solution can get you a little darker but a lot wetter and sticky after the session. Here is what we did we as we just got both units here this week. We got a brand new Evolv but we needed a backdrop and were not going to pay 6k for the Curve they sell so we bought a used IS threatre for much less than the curve and now we have both and the customer can choose what one they like best. I will let you know which one wins!!

I have a brand new Evolv Sidekick with all of the supplies still in the box and would be willing to sell it for the right price!

I wouldn't sell it for much less than $4000. I sold mine for $4000 and the buyer is thrilled to have it for that. I had SEVERAL offers in the $3500-$3800 price range before I sold mine for $4k.
Good luck

Re: evolv

What I don't like is that you can't just buy the machine. You have to buy their whole start up package. As an already established biz I'm not interested in all the "extras" and sorry, but there is no way that the machine alone is worth $5000. Tried it, yes it was nice, but so not worth that kind of money. The solution was ok. Not impressed at all and feel like they're just preying on everybody that wants to jump on board the bandwagon of spray tanning. It takes more than an overpriced system to make a successful biz.

Hi Bahamatantx, I'm interested in buying the Evolv Sidekick from you if you still have it.

Re: evolv

Honest review: Have it. Machine works well, heated feature will make you stand out over comps with cold sprays. Solution is not the best, lots of wash off after first shower. The retail line is good, but there are comparable products at better prices.

Customer service is the pits. Wish they cared more about the exclusitivity of their brand like Infinity Sun instead of whoring it out.

Just my 2 cents.
