Rep Power: 17 | Solaris 442 not resetting after multiple sessions Help! I have a Solaris 442 3 F that runs great, but after several back to back sessions it will not allow us to reset the unit it has the 2 dots .. and we can not reset when we push the button. However, if we wait 30 minutes it will allow us to reset it and then repeats this situation all over again when it gets "used too much". All fans are working The wireless timer and internal com chips have been replaced The Membrane Strip that is with the timer board does appear to have some concerning wear on it, but we have had no luck in finding a replacement. So if you have one or know where I can get one please let me know! My first thought was timer issue Then I was for sure it was an overheating issue seeing as it works and then stop working after back to back sessions Any other suggestions on other things to check?!! Thank you in advance!

Rep Power: 21 | Re: Solaris 442 not resetting after multiple sessions you are running the bed too hot, yes you have to let it cool down before another customer go in, usually 4 minute's cool down. If you continue to do this you will burn out and melt wires. |

Rep Power: 22 | Re: Solaris 442 not resetting after multiple sessions You still need to find you WHY you are running the bed too hot. Are you absolutely sure all of the fans are running. You cant just check visually because the blades of one fan will appear to spin because of the suction of the other ones. You have to check by putting you hand in front of them, or a piece of paper, to confirm they are actually blowing air, or sucking air. If they are working, did you check the filters underneath the bench? Also, is this a new install, or have you had the bed for a while and it just started getting too hot? If it's a new install, you might not have good enough ventilation. Also, the bed might NOT actually be getting too hot, but you may have a defective board, etc. The temp sensors in those beds DO NOT cause the whole bed to not come on. They are ONLY for the facials. For HEAT to cause that bed to not come on at all, it is causing some part to fail. |
