Orrrr, some body tried to replace some components and or wires and made a huge mistake.

Verify the size of the igniters. If ok I would agree with wire harness issue.

Here's the final fix. One of the multiwire plugs that connects the ballasts with the canopy had melted down last year. The owner had cut all the wires taking out the bad plug and recepticle. He then connected the wires to each other direct using crimp connectors only he messed up and connected the fan voltage wires to the HP lamps and ignitors. There was sent 220 volts unrestricted by ballasts being fed to the lamps.

It would have been appropriate for the (OFFENDER) to mention the repair attempt from the start
