Sun Dash 232 Flicker I have a Sun Dash 232 bed that I can not get rid of the lamps flickering. The line voltage is 208 which 4 Seasons (JKAmerica) says is ok to run. I added a buck booster to bring it up but the flicker was still there with the added feature of confusing the controls so it would go into pause on it's own. I pulled the booster which took care of the pause problem but I'm still stuck with the flicker. I should add that in between applying the booster and pulling it I replaced the main PC board as well as the customer touch pad/readout trying to chase the pause problem. Since I don't have an electrical schematic it's hard to point to any components that might be bad. Anyone out there run into this problem? Thanks. |

Re: Sun Dash 232 Flicker 208 is too low and will cause lamp flicker. I see you did put in the buck booster but did not mention want the corrected voltage to the bed was. I suspect the booster was installed incorrectly. Your voltage to the bed should be between 220 and 230 |

Re: Sun Dash 232 Flicker By the way. This is why i have a 31 year career. The biggest problems i ever clean up are behind electricians and fake electricians. The guy who instructed the the woman to insert tin foil in the base of a 620 watt sportarreddo facial that is all ready degraded is obsurd. Why not use chewing gum wrapper thats half paper to introduce a flamable substance? Cheers |
