KBL Pure Energy Issues

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Piecing together info from the day things went wrong.... Start/Stop button stuck on, (no one noticed at the time,) client obviously lost the 3 minute prep time and then it started and stopped multiple times. They pulled the disconnect in the room and when it was restarted we had many lamps out.

Here's what I know: Lamps are few months old, no issues there as they all light up at some point. I replaced starters, (stuck with OKO82) as I thought that was the issue, again - at some point every lamp lights up. I checked the capacitors, they are all measuring within range.... I have cycled the machine to match the starters plenty, so that doesn't appear to be the issue either. There are approximately 10-14 out (mostly different) each time it starts.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

IF THE STARTER SERIAL NUMBER YOU NAMED MEANS THEY ARE ELECTRONIC. I LAMPED A 600 CLASSIC THAT HAD ELECTRONIC STARTERS AND A HUGE NUMBER REFUSED T0 LIGHT THE NEW LAMPS. ALSO HAD SOMEONE ORDER NEW LAMPS AND NEW ELECTRONIC STARTERSVFOR A BOOTH AND THEY STARTED TO FAIL WITHIN WEEKS AND THE VENDOR SENT THEM ALL NEW STANDARD STARTERS FREE

Yes, they are electronic. There is no rhyme or reason to which ones are out. I have moved and replaced and switched and swapped...... :( All capacitors are testing 44-45, except one which is measuring at 42 (should be 45). Amy other thoughts?!

So now we know the rest of the senario. The bed has bed running on only 214 volts which is low and stresses out the bed. The wires to one capacitor burned and the capacitor is damaged and electronic starters probably dont work well at 214 volts

ALL OF THE POWER SUPPLIERS HAVE A PLUS OR MINUS TOLERANCE OF 5 PERCENT. AT 240VOLTS THAT MEANS 10 VOLTS. WHAT MAYBE 214 AT 6AM MIGHT ONLY BE 204 VOLTS AT PEAK CONSUMPTION SAY 2PM IF YOU SET YOUR LINE VOLTAGE AT 230VOLTS IT CAN SWING UP TO 240 AND DOWN TO 220VOLTS AND IT GIVES YOU A BUFFER FOR SENSITIVE ELECTRONIC PARTS.
