Royal Sun Trouble

Can anyone help me? I have 3 Royal Sun 46X6's and they have been great until recently. One of them has been shutting off in the middle of sessions. The T3a timer will still be counting down and the fans are still running along with the Digitan display but the lamps all shut off. All 46 low pressure lamps and the 6 facial lamps just go dark. It seems completely random. It can be a 12 minute tan and the lamps shut down at 7 minutes or 3 minutes into 6 minute session. The bed might be cold or hot but it seems to do it more when its been used a few times. It does not happen every time. Maybe once every 10 tans if I had to put a number on it. I have swapped the main board with another bed and it has still shut down since. Any ideas? I have checked all of the obvious wiring and even taken the 4 large plugs apart on the back of the bed. Nothing seems wrong. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the response. I realize how simple these beds really are so while waiting for responses and ideas from other TanTalk members I decided to cut the power and inspect each individual wire lead running through each of the 4 large plugs on the back. I found 1 lead that had been getting hot and in turn it had melted the female end badly enough that it may have been the problem. It would connect sometimes and not others depending on the heat load I'm sure. I replaced both ends of the plug and it's been good for 10 running hours. Fingers crossed!!! Thanks for the ideas suncitypembroke and I have your number now suntangod.

Thanks,
