ICON Problem - tanTALK

This unit will shut right down on start up and other time it will run just the lamps no facial. check all connection and all are fine, was told to reset at control panel for it went to Europe mode??? Only thing left is control unit as well as cat5 cable that connect to mother board. The contactor not pulling in for facial, all look good, can't figure out why the facial will not come on. Or why it shut down on start up.

I got her up and running one of my top beds, she go to Europe from time to time and forget to come back, had to call Brandon at Future to get her back to the US.
