Need help, I have had an intermittent problem with two of my advantage 350's for over a year now. It starts up, all lights go on then shuts down. I replaced the main control board, replaced all the facial temp-switches, replaced on-off switch, jumped out the safety chain circuit and the air flow switch. I wish the dam thing would break. Being intermitting problem I think I have it fixed by replacing the above said, then a month later it does it again. Driving me nuts, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You probably already checked but did you check if the temp-switches tripped? You might not be getting enough airflow in the bed causing the facials to overheat. Theres probably many reasons the bed will shut off intermittently but the next thing I would check if the contactors/breakers/relays are slipping.

Did you replace the main board EPROM chip?

How would you check relays breakers and contacts for slippage ? It just happened again, first person that tan today. Something I forgot to mention the bed resets itself. Also I did not replace the chip pulled the old one out of old board.

Thanks, that is what I was Thinking. I'll replace it with another bed see if the problem moves. The problem is I won't know if it's fixed right away. Might not do it for a month now or could be next time bed is used. I'll have to want and see. Thanks everybody

You can't just jumper out the fan air flow switch. The board wants to not only see the air flow micro switch come on but also turn off after three minutes cool down. Make sure the blower is clean. Just a little lint will cut down on the amount of air at first not bringing in the flow switch. That bed starts the blower at a low speed at first and with bad lint it may not be moving enough air to cool and pull the switch.
