Incoming at old store was 253 had it bucked down 16

What is the incoming voltage coming into the building 120/240 ? if so then your unit will run no problem, if 120/ 208 then you will need a transformer. For 3 Phase you will need 2. Remember that the in coming voltage will be little high in morning but as the stores open the voltage drop about + or - 5 volts, if the voltage drop more than that, you need to call the power company.
