Rep Power: 13 | HELLGATE v1 no voltage output to tmax Bed in question is a V1 or Giantsun Canopy Spring broke and i replaced the pair and decided before i closed up shop to test it. First it turned on with Tmax but non of the lamps worked. Second time it made an odd clicking sound coming from the board area and now no voltage to tmax. Bed doesnt work when jumpered. Previous owner installed a bypass board and the wiring is a hack job so its always a major pain in my A$$ to try to diagnose anything as all the original schematics are of little help Should i grab a couple new contactors and time relays and install wire for wire on the bypass board? At x20 the leftmost wire is getting 125 volts, right side ranging from zero to 3 depending on how it feels This is really annoying and i am trying to decide if the bed is worth keeping at this point. If there were clear schematics it would be one thing but this is a Poo show Any advice greatly appreciated |

Rep Power: 21 | Re: HELLGATE v1 no voltage output to tmax sound like the coil on the contactor bad, try pushing the contactor down with a back end of a screwdriver, if all light come on that good there 2 wires on the side of the contactor, jump them out if contactor pull in then you know to replace, |

Rep Power: 13 | Re: HELLGATE v1 no voltage output to tmax Thanks, I thought it was the contactor as well but i just swapped out both the contactors on the bypass board and still no luck. I am now rewiring every hack the guy had made to this harness in hopes that i can at least troubleshoot it a bit easier |

Rep Power: 13 | Re: HELLGATE v1 no voltage output to tmax UPDATE: I friggin got it. Must be a broken wire or bad connection somewhere in the harness. I just redid everything that looked iffy and jumpered from another terminal that was giving me the 24v i needed for Tmax Also i meant X17 in my earlier post, not 21. he had the wrong terminal attached |
