Sunstar zx32b and tmax 3a help

Hi all,

we just purchased a used Sunstar ZX32b(2003) and are trying to hook it up to our existing tmax 3a system with tmax manager. The bed runs properly when the bypass is used on the bed. But for the love of all things holy we cannot figure out how you connect the tmax 3a timer terminal to this particular bed. on the back of the bed we have the telephone cable that goes from the power supply to the top half of the bed and we have to bypass plugged in the appropriate port on the power supply. the tmax cable will have to be spliced into whatever it needs connected to, it has 3 wires that come out of it, red, green and white. So, how do I get this connected to our tmax system?

thank you, michael

we have to tmax manager that connects to tmax 3a timers in all for tanning rooms. are you saying that this bed can't use the 3a timer or it can but you don't have to? I would prefer to use the 3a timer(controlled by the manager) over the bed timer if possible. I'm just unsure of how to connect the 3a to the bed

Connect the green and yellow to the 3a timer, from bed.

Yeah, I get those are the two that need to be connected. But which wires do I connect them to on the timer? There are three possible wires, Green, Red and white. Which of these do I connect to the Green and Yellow. Also, under the timer, should the bed ID be 1, But the tmax timer is set as 2 on the manager? thanks

on back of timer board 3a there is a terminal connection that has J3 land them onto dosent matter which color go were , also you can google the TMAX timer and call ADI to get the information as to set up you will have to reprogram the system.
