Rep Power: 0 | Problem With Buck Booster I have a1.5KVA +/- 16volt hardwired buck booster that is on my Starpower 548 bed. Yesterday I had a customer come out and say geez I thought I was on fire (great comment coming from a customer who finished her session before coming out to tell me that!). When I checked the room it had that burnt electrical smell. I turned the bed on to see if it would come on and it did but the buck booster immediately started to smoke so I turned the bed off and flipped the breaker in the panel box. I know I need a new buck booster but just wanted to be sure that is all it could be or should I be checking for anything else? The bed worked fine, no flickering, all lamps lit, etc. Thanks for any help. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Problem With Buck Booster It is not the buck booster. Turns out that it is the canopy cord which promptly melted when the bed was turned on. Now we need to replace the cord and the wire on the canopy because that melted too. Anyone have spare parts for a Starpower 548? |
