Lamp keep blowing: I need help - tanTALK

I have a sunvision 24 pro sf one lamp on the bottom will light and them blows out instantly. Where do I begin to troubleshoot.
I am at a loss here. Please help.

Is it always the same lamp? Sounds like a possible voltage problem. Somewhere, the lamp may be getting to much.
