Rep Power: 19 | Disengaging Ergoline 650 Canopy Safety Brake We just completed our move of our salon which included taking apart and reassembling an Ergoline 650 classic. The only problem we have now is disengaging the brake which hold the canopy up. In other words, it is up and will not come down so we are getting error codes 10 and 22. According to the Ergoline people it is because this is not locked and is a safety feature. But they will not share with me how to disengage the brake to lower the canopy because of safety concerns and tell me to call the area representative. Well I have called 3 times and can not get a call back over a period of one month. Can someone please describe for me how to do it and I promise I will be sure the canopy is held up by appropriate length 2x4 pieces of wood so as to assure it does not fall? Also I have tried to get other repair people in without any success. Thanks for any suggestions. |
