Rep Power: 17 | Need a Tech in SE Michigan. I have a Newer Sundazzler (red 220w) stand-up that i took from an operating salon and moved it to a home. for some reason the bed will not start a session after we installed the unit for the customer in home. I can manually turn the lamps on by engaging the contacter but when you try to hit start on the timer the lamps do not turn on. the timer does not count down, the fans do not come on. so chris from heartland service and i figured it was the timing board; last night i installed the new timing board and this did not fix the issue. any pro tips are welcome. i tried several times to get a hold of stan pope, a technician here in Michigan and he has not returned calls or emails. so looking for a new tech also. |
