Rep Power: 0 | Ergoline Inspiration 450 E025 Error In November 2009, I purchased two new Inspiration 450's. In April 2012, one of them cut off early with an E025 error. Filter panel facial tanner rear, middle and front as well as side section. My service techs had me replace the following parts: Facial Sensors Fan Board It still overheated and I had a local tech come out. He concluded that the bed's ventilation was inhibited. He made an adjustment with the components and it seemed to work. The bed worked fine from April until August. In August, we noticed that the facial lights were only set to 1 setting, and unable to go to level 2 like the other 450. I called the same service tech out and he fixed that issue. The bed overheated immediately. Same error. However, when the bed was run with the facials at level 1 of off, the bed didn't overheat. Two more service calls later, and the following parts were replaced: Main Board SIM Card SD Card (software upgrade) The bed worked fine for two weeks. Saturday night, I relamped the same bed and yesterday, it overheated again. Same error. Has anyone faced this issue, and if so, what was the resolution? Thanks for any help!!! |

There is a small amount of mercury inside that when heated past the "safe" operating temparature vaporizes and will cause the overheating error and shut the bed off.

Um, There is no mercury in the thermal switches. They have a bi metal strip. If they are tripping then the unit is overheating. Is it vented? Does the room have return air? Also, check the power supply board that runs the fans on the facials. If the fans are not spinning then the facials will overheat. | |
