error code 102 ergoline
 

I am having a problem with Ergoline 500
Is there some one than knows how to fix e102 (problem in safety chain) ?

From system massages:
E 102/92 System message: wiring power error in the safety chain
• This system message is a logical error, i.e. when power is connected to some point of the safety chain but this should not
be the case, e.g. because of an open safety switch. (wiring or connection error)
-> control plugs and sockets (correct allocation)

Next..
On mainboard, check all signals ways in socket X1 input ( step 1 visually, 2 - check 230V, 3 check resistance, 4 - replace all )

Thank you for this ! I think this might be the problem.
Is possible ti repair the main PCB ?
Do I replace only nr. 4 ?

Yes.

I do this in all used PCB. If they was OK , this will increase lifetime of capacitors and PCB.

Say more about problem, this is new installation? Do You trust to connection outside PCB? Have You other PCB to replace and confirm PCB problem ( PCB from other Ergoline with E1 PCB - You must replace Eprom and TimeKeeper )...

Thank you so much to take the time to answer me.
This is the problem I have another PCB to test in this sunbed.
If I change the eprom, do I need to program it ?
What is the timeKeeper is that one also in the PCB ?
There is a problem getting those parts in Iceland, Do you know where I can get the parts ?

If You have not another PCB, IMO you don't need to change eprom and timekeeper ( this step is only for replaced PCB with other Eprom - eprom store program specific for unit version - timekeeper store settings and realtime control ). Sometime eprom is defective, look on label - if there is overheated paper in center -> eprom must be replaced.
Timekeeper is the big black chip on right site near eprom ( old version have printed "Timekeeper", new one M48T02 ).

This error code is very specific, problem can be with PCB and outside PCB ( broken or mistaken connection) - changing PCB is fastest elimination test.

The problem is inside the PCB.
I think the eprom is ok.
What parts do I change ?

1. all capacitors in square 4
2. overheated resistors in the center of square 3

You can observe LEDs in square 1 - but this needs power on and more understanding ( generally , lighting leds must have the same level of brightness and working one must shine / Working one in right time -> led of wind switch and leds of studio control after session start - other alway if no problem with secure loop and switches / ).

Change this capacitors first , please - don't wait so long ... ;)
