Help sundash r32 error - tanTALK

I have a Sundash R32 and keep getting the code "L 16" Anyone know what this is?

It is not an error code, it is the software version. It displays whenever the bed is powered up or the timer loses power and resets.

We are getting the error code "E 01" on a R32B Sundash bed. What does this mean?
