PLEASE HELP Intellitan Plus Sundash R32B

I have a 1994 Sundash R32B tanning bed and it has the intellitan plus timer installed in the bed. Once the timer is set and the bed turns on after a couple of minutes the bed will shut off and the timer will stop, but it will not reset. then it will come back on and start counting down. The bed flashes on and off. I am at a lose. I have tried to find information on the internet and can not find anything. PLEASE HELP. also when i flip the breaker L33 shows up on the timer.

Stuck button? Loose connection?

L33 is just the software version in the timer.

Re: PLEASE HELP Intellitan Plus Sundash R32B

I don't think there is a stuck button. The screws are striped out on it and my husband can not get into it. so not sure about the loose connection. The timer is actually in the bed. but like i said it runs for a couple of minutes then stops or pauses. Just as if you were to press the stop/start button continuesly. The timer has a 3 minute delay as well. It will work fine sometimes, but scares people (of course) when it starts to flickering.
