Rep Power: 0  | Sontegra Double Shot (beds keep going down :( ) I don't understand all of my beds keep going down. There is a ghost in the works. My DoubleShot(same as Baby X models) will not power on. We tried everything so far. Bypassed the relays the bed turns on. Checked the timer wires, everything seems fine. Hit the flag switch the bed turns on and sucks relays down. Tested the capacitor for the fan, its functional. but the fan wont turn on. Maybe a bad blower motor? Those things are insanely expensive right? Is there anything else that would stop the blower fan from activating? Bad on/off switch? |

Rep Power: 18 | Re: Sontegra Double Shot (beds keep going down :( ) I had this on a Klafsun. Turned out not to be the fan itself, but I can't remember what it was. Maybe the fan capacitor? Hopefully one of the tech guys will be able to help you. |

Klafsun bought out Sontegra iirc, but whenever I call the company they answer as Sontegra. Weird. It's just our most popular bed. I just feel like a noob when it comes to all of this stuff, I can repair PC's this is just like some crazy electricians job. Forgot to mention bed IS getting the proper voltage to the machine and the row of internal breakers are on. Are there any more than just that row? I wish Sontegra supplied a troubleshooting manual and not just a wiring diagram for a couple pieces of the machine... |
