HP Bulbs not working - tanTALK

I have an Ultrasun Jetpower 17000 with a couple HP Bulbs not working in the canopy.
i've relamped my bed - Changed out the ignitors - and even order and replaced the ballasts. i dont see any burnt wires. anyone have a suggestion?
