Question Solart 50 problem after lamp change

I just replaced the lamps on my solart 50 bed including the high pressure 500w bulbs. After the change I put them bed on, it stay on for 2 seconds than shut off and display read e-02. Anyone know what it could be?

That is the airflow switch on the main fans. Look in the bottom, they are mounted on the sides of the two big fans. It has an aluminum flag. Hold the safety switch down on the lounge and start the bed and see which one is bouncing or not sucking into the fan.

I can look at that too on Monday.

Thanks Brian, I just put the high pressure covers and the arylic back in place and it worked. Now I'm having issue with the Orbit bed, I was cleaning bottom of the bed where all the guts are and I must off touched something cause now the bed wont turn on, when I put the breaker on for the bed it makes a slight continuous humming noise and wont turn on. Might need you to take a look at it on Monday.

Re: Solart 50 problem after lamp change

I'm so happy I saw this. I have the same bed (Solart 50) and am having the same problem. I Just replaced all the lamps but the bottom acrylic is still off. I figured I didn't want to have to take it off again if one of the lamps doesn't work. I'll try this and keep my fingers crossed! Also, I have been looking everywhere for information on the Solart 50! I just purchased the tanning salon abut 1 1/2 months ago and am still kind of new to everything. I can't find anything for this bed and can't get in touch with the company. Do you have any info on it?!?!?
Thanks so much!

That worked perfect thanks. Turned out that the switch had been turned round.
