I have a tmax series timer model-1A I bought with a used bed it will run 20mins and the only way I can set it is to unplug and plug back in or it just comes up two.. when I un plug it it will come back up to 00 I have tryed to hold both button down to reset it only show 2 and 80. I also would like to know how you can change the 3min set time to get your lotion on to about 1 or two mins. I have the timer set on a sunvision 24 bed. Help
