Ovation 3400 - Facial not working

I have a Heartland Tan Ovation 3400 with 3 Facial Tanners... All of a sudden, the middle one isnt working. I took the lamp out of the one next to it, and it still doesnt work. Do they have starters? If not, is it the Ballast? Thanks

Bad ignitor. Could also be a bad connection or a bad lampholder or a bad ballast but the ignitor is the most common problem.
