Matrix L33 issues

Our Matrix L33 has been taking forever to fully start up. It takes some of the lamps 5 minutes to start up. I keep telling the GM about it but she keeps blowing it off saying as long as the are starting up it is fine. Well my customers are not happy and I know that they didnt used to do that so I know its not normal. Any suggestions?

WHat kind of lamps are you using? Has this unit been upgraded to a plug in kit? If so, which kit was installed? What is the voltage to the unit? Are the boosters installed on the unit? How old are the lamps?
