The pins are not making a good connection. Bypass the pin connector and connect the wires directly using wire nuts.

Now, another problem: My ORBIT 44/4 bed (Dr. Muller) - half of lamps (13 lamps in front) in the top session of the bed do not turn ON.

Again check you connections.

Thanks again - You are very right.
I wonder why the pins keep "on fire" like that? I just changed a new connector. It looks like the load is increasing some how, isn't it?
