2001 sun ergoline - tanTALK

I have checked the ballast the lamp holders and wiring replaced bulbs with new ones and we can't get the 4 lamps side by side to work any suggestions....

Either a jumper on one of the lampholders or a jumper on one of the ballasts or a broken wire. It would not be a lamp or a ballast or a starter as you would not have four in a row bad.

tks for your help but we relooked at the ballast and it has two wires that are burnt on the ballast so we think that that means we need to replace them, is that correct...we checked all wiring

If you have 4 bulbs next to each other that do no tlight and have checked the bulbs starters and ballasts,then it muct be a capacitor

^^^^No, not a cap in that unit. Caps in Ergo are wired across line, not a lead/lag setup.

The burned ballast is the problem. The power daisy chains from ballast to ballast and that burned connection is where the power is stopping.
