Question bed not turning on but time still counting down

Looking for a little help.
We have a Sunstar 332 from ETS and we are using tan track.
T-max is registering the bed but when we put the minutes into the computer and the start button is pressed on the bed the lights are not coming on but the time is counting down. We have reset the breaker but this does not seem to help. I am thinking there must be some sort of short in the bed. Does anyone have any thoughts on what could be causing this. It is a brand new bed with low hours. Any thoughts would be appriciated.

Re: bed not turning on but time still counting down

Bad contactor, bad connection, bad output from control board to contactor in bed.

Re: bed not turning on but time still counting down

Hi I have the same problem. I have a Sonnenbraune 735/3 Klassik Series. Today it just stopped working. It was working this morning, three other tanner used it prior. The wall timmer is still working and the power rocker switch is on and the bed is getting power from the breaker box. The breaker is good and it never tripped. I reset the breaker several times and unplugged the timmer for awhile but no luck. I checked all connections and there are no burnt smell from the bed.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Re: bed not turning on but time still counting down

^^^^The bed has an on/off switch on the top, is it on??? Could be a broken wire in the cord that connects the top to the bottom. It is notorious for having broken wires in it from rubbing on the wall if the bed is too close to the wall. It could have broken the wire for the on/off circuit.

Re: bed not turning on but time still counting down

I checked all the wires, they appears to be good. Still nothing is coming on. The light on the power rocker switch is on, the timmer still count down. I checked the timmer plug that goes to the board and it has power to the board. Anymore suggestions.

Thank you.

im having the same problem with a ultrasun 17k but contactors and wires seem fine and i was wondering if it could possibly be something to do with the panic button.
