Urgent Help, I'm puzzled????

We have Competition 232's and Ergoline 250's... running off a T-Max (the Manager).

The beds are randomly shutting off during the sessions... all the beds and now doing it more frequently that ever. It started out here and there, but now all the beds are shutting off???

Once the customer hits the start button, it goes back on... but I can't run a business telling the customer to just hit the start button.

Any ideas?

I was thinking it might be the timer... but after The Manager sends time to the beds, I thought it's job was done. Could the timer cause a bed to shut off?

It just happened again as I type this topic.

Tomorrow I'm going to disconnect the beds from the timer and set them manually, and test them that way... but I figured i would reach out to people a lot smarter than myself.

Seems you are smarter than you think. This is EXACTLY what you should do!

Thanks... just smart enough to be dangerous, and cheap enough to want to fix it myself.

This happened to me and it was on the back of one of the T Max 3a wall plate displays, the main time chip had 2 bent legs that were only making partial contact. Wierdest thing I have seen yet. Put in the chip properly by straightening out the legs and it was done and fixed. No more hassles.
