Rep Power: 0 | Help with Blue Moon The bed is making a buzzing sound when idle and both outside 630w facials are out. Pulled the tray out to find a torched ballast and replaced it. The bed still buzzes and the facials are still out. Any experience out there? THANKS (PS - I'll be posting this same question on another forum as well) |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Help with Blue Moon The buzzing is coming from the other tray (opposite the contactor). I think I found my problem. The ignitor is blown (looking from the top it's definately blown (took off the top air grids to get a good look) - looking from underneath (through the facial opening) it looked fine. I hope this is problem solved. Thanks everyone for your input - my electrician of 20 years is on vacation this week and as you well know - training another yahoo isn't in the budget!! |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Help with Blue Moon What actually happened.... The wire lead to the facial lamp holder shorted out against the metal facial housing and blew the ignitor and the facial ballast - total cost $360. Thanks for the help |
