T-Max Issue

Our T-Max manager cuts the time in half once in a while on one of our Sun Ergoline Classic 300's and on our Ergoline Classic 600. I have reason to believe it might be starting to do this on one of our other 300's. We have changed out the Intellitan Timer, reran our cable going from bed to bed. We've changed out the chip in the T-Max manager. The Classic 300 has done this since 2004 and the Classic 600 just started doing this within the last 6 months. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what did you do?

When you unplug power to the manager and plug it back in, display 8 will show a number momentarily. What is that number?

You need to upload the latest software into the T-Max Manager. Call us (417-272-0761) and we will walk you through it.

Make sure you have access to the internet and have the computer connected to the T-Max Manager.
