We have had one for One year, and it has been repaired FIVE times...it is embarrassing... to always have an OUT OF ORDER sign on the room.... $13000 might as well have flushed that right down the toilet... What a waste.... same with our Avantgard....Got soaked for 20k when we bought that, one year later our distributor who we paid to move it broke it and told us it was a piece of junk and that we should just buy a new Excellence.. The most help we have got from Ergoline is they mailed us a replacement of the same defective part that broke. Dont count on ERGOLINE for anything except taking your money..... When you have a problem...poof they disappear. |

It doesn't get used much, but people sure like the relaxing massage it gives. Do you have yours running on a t-max system?
