Re: Ergoline 800 10 min to 12 min

the original post states the unit turns off after 10min even though its using a 12min tmax3a. the software in the bed controls everything in the unit. fan speed, audio, body cooling speed, decor lighting, extra features added on like shoulder tanner, mister interval, a. c. and last but not least max exposure time. and you cannot program these features with a palm pilot that has intergrated infrared. if you would like to change the max time on a 10min exc ergoline will send you a chip, intellitan box 12min, max exposure decal, facial filter glass, and you need to purchase 12min bulbs.

Re: Ergoline 800 10 min to 12 min

timeout888 he programmed the chip via his laptop. but if you dont have access to someone with a laptop you call ergoline and they send you a chip. the chip goes on the mainboard.

Re: Ergoline 800 10 min to 12 min

It is a two step process. You must have service pc(ergo tech only) to reprogramm the main board in the bed and then you must replace the intelatan timer with a twelve minute. I just did this on a shuttle changing it over to a 10 minute. its simple
