Something's not connected. either a cable is unplugged or loose, fuse is blown, relay is gone.

Mostlikely something is loose or not connected.

Re: top lamps work but bottoms ones don't

I'm having the same problem with my Sunal. I bought it used and had to at first turn the dial slowly for the bottoms to come on. Now it's being more difficult. Would that be the relay? I know nothing about the parts. anymore info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I concur, it's probably because something's not connected, either a cable is unplugged or loose, fuse is blown, relay is gone.

Most likely something is loose or not connected.

Re: top lamps work but bottoms ones don't

It does sound like a main contactor (relay).

What Montego Bay and what Sunal? All the above could be it. There are many Sunal's German and American made and it could be various things with that also.

Re: top lamps work but bottoms ones don't

Also check the voltage. If it is not getting enough juice then all the lamps will not light. Get a voltage meter. Read each leg individually. First start at the terminal block where the power wires come into the bed. If it is good there, check your two hot legs at the relay, first on the incoming side. If the incoming side is good, then check the outgoing side. If all is good up to that point, then you just have a loose wire that leads to the canopy lights. If it is not good on the outgoing side of your relay, then you either have a loose connection at the relay, or your relay is bad. Hope this helps you.
