red spots..... Tinea Versicolor????

Ok so i've been looking around on here at all the different Threads on here. And I for some reason cant seem to find what i'm looking for. I've Got some red spots that are on my body. I've looked into them being T.V. but The pics that I find on it are mostly White spots.... I've got red ones. I've also looked into psoriasis also and they have some pics that resemble mine. But..I did find a few pics of T.V. that resembled them.. haha so i'm super confused. I had this a long time ago, And they were way worse. I had them all over my stomach, chest, back and lower part of my neck. They were just a reddish brown spot. I now have them on my upper thigh, up by my groin area. i've also got them on my neck by my shoulder. And I Noticed that I have them on my head. I get a pretty close shave on the back of my head, and I can see a little bit of a collage of these spot. I notice that if I scratch the spots, they get scaly. but Aren't really scaly on their own. I'm trying not to be to confusing when describing these, just trying to figure out what they might be. I'm using selson blue right now and applying a cream on them. I'm doing this for a little bit, then will go get it checked out.

they can be red especially if you are tanning

buy a bottle or 2 of NIZORAL dandruff shampoo and use it ONLY as a body and hair wash. Best case is to rub it on then wait 10min or more before showering and still use it as a body wash in the shower to it's always on you.

Will clear up in a couple bottles worth of apps or a few weeks.

Yeah I dont think it's red from tanning, cause I dont tan. But i'm going to go and check out that NIZORAL and hopefully that will fix the problem. So i'm guessing it's T.V?

You could have psoriasis-there are many different forms of it. Most people get it on their knees & elbows, but not always-hence the different types. If psoriasis, tanning does help. You may need a dr. to prescribe a cream for you to get it under control. If it's really bad, they now have shots for it.
If not, it could be eczema. Again, a dr can prescribe a cream for you.
Either way, the nizoral may help, but you really should see your dr.

well the nizoral has worked pretty well, But the ones on my head wont seem to fade any. They may be something completely different. I notice they dont get scaly when I scratch them. They are more of a purplish color. Just a couple little reddish spots... I might just go to the doctor and get a for sure answer
