What made you afraid you tanned to much? That might help me answer better.

I didnt think I was, I thought people who are constantly out in the sun with no protection and tan a few times a week over a prolong period of time are at risk. Since I dont have a history of consistently being in the sun or tanning I figured once a week to two weeks was fine, but maybe not. I havent gotten a sun burn in years and the last time I tanned in a salon was 3 years ago. |

Rep Power: 35 | Re: Is tanning in "moderation" dangerous? In your case I would go visit a Dr. I can't post in one thread what it took 5 years to research online. You can spend some time in the forum "Think Positive About UV" There's an endless amount of information there. BTW I've never linked or posted an article that I didn't read from start to finish and actually like reading the comments at the end the most.

Classic signals that you need to see a doctor and ask him/her WTF? Remember that you heard it here, on Tantalk.com, and remember to vote! And remember to vote often. Your doctor probably has something to help you remember that. Hope this helps you to remember to vote.
