I came back from overseas about 1 month ago and i got a great tan and guess what after 3-4 days i looked like a leopard!! What i dont get if i had TV then my skin wouldnt of Tan? Correct me if i am wrong. Anyway i went back into that routine of nizoral shampoo and buffing and all that. Pretty much i am waiting for my skin to be really pale so i look normal. So last week i got a spray tan coz i had something on and guess what after 2 days my tan fades spotty and look like a lepoard... i have 5 months to my wedding...i am so over this...i am thinking of getting a spray tan as i am scared to go in the sun to be honest. How long does these spots hang around for? I have read that it can take up to a 1 year? Can you please englighten me on this subject? I need to hear some advice from people that have been battling it like me. The funny thing is i dont think have the fungi anymore its just the aftermath! |

All I can say is bathe in that Nizoral, keep it on you at all times shower twice a day or more if possible, live in a swimming pool, trim back your body growth as close as you can handle. Whatever it takes to keep from having optimal T.V. spawning conditions. Do it. Whatever you do don't get a spray tan . Ruin your wedding. Just tan your face outside if you need a little color. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Tinea Versicolor So you are saying that spray tans make this worse?? Why does the derma say to use fake tan to cover it up? i need my whole upper body to have some colour in my wedding dress and i dont really want to get TV from tanning in the sun and have leopard skin on my wedding day. At least on my wedding day my skin will be brown and even if i spray tan . so u saying that i can never get a spray tan ? |
