Keeping skin young and healthy...

So before I go tanning, I've basically laid out an entire routine to keep my skin as healthy and glowing as possible and to delay the aging process as much as I can. This is what I plan on doing, if you have any suggestions or anything at all, please let me know what you think!

Before I go tanning I'm going to use Designer Skin 14 Karat Gold for my body and Before I go tanning I'm going to use Designer Skin Amazing Face for my face. Underneath the tanning lotions I'm going to use 100% Pure Organic Pomegranate Antioxidant Hydration SPF 15 on my face, neck and on the top of my hands. I'll use an SPF 15 to 30 chapstick on my lips.

After I'm done tanning, when I get home I'm going to put Hempz Age Defying Herbal Moisturizer all over my body and face.

When I shower I'm going to wash with Olay Age Defying Body Wash, exfoliate once a week with 100% Pure Organic Pomegranate Body Scrub and after my shower I will always moisturize - I will use Olay Age Transform Body Creme Serum. I will also use 100% Pure Organic Pomegranate Body Cream every night before going to bed. When I wake up in the morning I will moisturize with Designer Skin's Tangelic.

As far as my facial routine goes, at night I will cleanse my face by using the oil cleansing method and in the morning just splash it with cool water. I will tone it with 100% Pure Organic White Tea Rose Soother Facial Tonique once a week. Two nights a week I will exfoliate with Origins Modern Friction Nature's gentle dermabrasionb and one night a week I will use the 100% Pure Purifying Seaweed Facial Mask. Every night I will moisturize my face and neck with Olay Total Effects 7 Signs Serum and use Olay Age Defying Anti-Wrinkle Replenishing Night Cream on top of the serum. Once or twice a week I will lay a heavy helping of 100% Pure Organic Healing Moisturizing Balm on my face and neck instead. Every night I will use Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum around my eyes. In the morning I will use 100% Pure Organic Pomegranate Antioxidant Hydration SPF 15 again on my face and neck and 100% Pure Organic Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream and Olay Definity Eye Illuminator around my eyes. On my body I'll use Olay Age Transform Intensive UV Defense Serum if I know I'll be out in the sun for awhile.

Of course I'll be eating very healthily - lots and lots of raw fruits and vegetables, plenty of omega fatty acids and tons of water. I'm also going to start exercising and getting 8 to 9 hours of sleep a night!

Whoo. I know that sounds like a lot, but it seems like all I can do for now to keep my already dry skin well moisturized and wrinkle-free for as long as possible. Right? Is there anything more I can do?

Re: Keeping skin young and healthy...

um I think you pretty much covered everything!! some of those olay body washes are full of mineral oil, i think the ribbons one but not sure about the others. if you're really into health a lot of the lotions you mention have lots of parabens. as far as your diet fresh berries are great antioxidents.
Personally I would never drown my skin in that many products. :)

get rid of anything by Oil of Olay, and all the other lotions or products with mineral oil in them. If the products you are using have animal bi-products in them chances are they have been to the rendering plant. Arbonne has nice skin care, try the new green line from Devoted to Creations or Tanology lotions
