You should use a moisturizer daily...nightly as well if you can. That's a given. However, when you are tanning, it does make a huge difference to use a moisturizer MEANT for people that are tanning! You can use it after your shower each day and at night if you bathe after tanning! If you don't shower after tanning, you can still use your moisturizer after a tanning session. And yes, you do still need to use tanning lotion while tanning in the bed as well!
