Use a moiturizer free of mineral oil. The salon you visit should have one available. See if they have a product from Fiji called Relief. It is sunburn theropy but seems to really help with Poly Morphs Light Eruption. For the itch try a Benadryl cream. Shower with a shower gel only and stay away from bar soaps. This should help. Good luck.
