Re: Tanning for half a month, skin is peeling!

mirchi, the reasons it appears to be spam are:

1. You just signed up on this board.
2. You are from Singapore, a country that I don't think would have a lot of interest in tanning salons
3.You have made 3 posts. 2 of them are pushing products and 1 is asking why it is considered spam to be pushing products.
4. I suspect that you have a financial interest in the products that you are recommending.

1 2 and 3 are suspicious and 4 equals spam.

Next spam post will equal banning from the site.

Re: Tanning for half a month, skin is peeling!

So ummmmmmmm lol, its been about a year since i made thsi post and i'm having the same problem on my legs now. They are just now starting to crack like they did last year before they peeled. Now, I have been using designer skin Angel moisturizer... its not helping. I use it twice a day. I think maybe something that might have caused it to crack is I diddn't think to put it on right after i got out of the tan bed because i had it in my mind that the tan lotion i put on before getting into the bed moisturized my skin eenough. But reading more in diff. threads i guess its best to put on anyways after u get out. I always used it after showers at least 2 times a day. I tan every other day for 16 min. in a 25 min. bed. I just ordered tanology skin insurance off of *** hopefully that helps i heard it would. But in the meantime i'm carrying that designer skin angel lotion in my back pack at school and puttin it on every 30 min. cus i don't want to go through it peeling and stuff and the reason i do it every 3o is because you can see the cracky/dryness start to appear again. Anyone think i should be tryin something else?

Yeah that really sucks if i'm dying... Ohh well. Its just my legs both of them are about to start peeling i know it. Do you think that california tan insurance stuff will save the from peeling? They are just kinda cracky/ashy kinda lookin right now not really peeling. Thats if i dont have lotion on for like an hour they look like that... But i am using Designer Skin angel moisturizer and its not really helpin much. It does for like 45 min. then its back to lookin a LITTLE ashy/cracky/scaley kinda

Oh my gosh, I came on here to get info about tanning lotions, and after skin care, and I read something like this? And many of the posts that were from a year ago were hatefull as well. This guy was obviously a new tanner, and didn't know what he should be doing. He obviously went to a tanning salon with none, or little advice, not his fault, he didn't know. So many of you posters bashed him, (but as many did try to help him) he was asking for your help!!!!

I thought this was a help forum.

And not only to mention this thread got hijacked into being a *** man tanning issue, where the heck did that come from?

Dang, I just want to know some good after tan moisturizers...not bashing a poor guy, because he didn't know he shouldn't be tanning that much. Educate him, not rip him up.

So, back to the original post, what are some great after tan moisturizers?

Thanks in advance to those who would like to help.

Are you showering 2 times a day? Nobody is that dirty. That will definitely dry your skin out. Also, nobody should have to moisturize every 30 minutes. That is insane. If you aren't tanning and you aren't moisturizing, are you still drying/peeling? You need to see a doctor and find out if you really have a problem or if you are doing something to bring these problems on yourself.
